Ein "swabonderzoek" wird durchgeführt, um nachzuweisen, dass Geflügel salmonellenfrei ist. Ich habe keine Ahnung, was das auf Deutsch sein könnte... Danke schon mal für die Hilfe!

Probenahme mit Schlepptupfer/Schleppschwamm/Kratzschwamm

Explanation:
Beim "swab" handelt es sich wahrscheinlich um ein "cotton swab", eine Art Wattestäbchen oder Tupfer, mit dem eine Probe am Geflügelfleisch genommen werden kann. Anhand der Probe lässt sich eine Kultur anlegen, die nachweisen kann, inwieweit das Geflügel salmonellenfrei ist.

Die obigen Begriffe habe ich im Zusammenhang mit der Probenahme zum Salmonellentest gefunden...
