"Later na de langste dag wordt het dan ook steeds moeilijker voldoende te investeren in het wortelgestel als wordt tussengeplant. Door een minimum buistemperatuur in te stellen en korter op de stooklijn te luchten kan het gewas worden gestimuleerd te verdampen. Bij donker weer is 10-20% drain is voldoende, om te voorkomen dat teveel water wordt gegeven en de wortel daardoor inactief wordt. "
