Dutch term or phrase: skidschraper

Liebe Kollegen,

aus einer Anleitung einer Produktionslinie aus dem Fahrzeugbau:
"Op XXX[Typbezeichnung eines Bauteils] bevindt zich ook een ***skidschraper*** (met bakjes tbv reiniging). Er is een sper op de lift die verhindert dat cabine van lift kan rijden tenzij boven en beneden. Aanslag van sper dient op nieuwe XXX geplaatst te worden."

Was verbirgt sich hinter dem "skidschraper"?
