ich suche die deutsche Entsprechung für
M.B in dem folgenden Satz:

Dexia Lease Services N V Rogierplein 11 1210 Brussel, leasingmaatschappij erkend bij M.B van 30/12/1985 BTW.

Dieser Satz ist aus einem Finanzierungsvertrag und bei dieser Firma handelt es sich um den Finanzierungsgeber und ich weiß einfach nicht wofür diese Abkürzung steht.
