**Tafelgarnituur** van ciabatta met 3 tapenades , kruidenboter gemarineerde olijven ,zoute stengels , stukje pittige salami, gerookte ham en weckpotten rilette en zalm mousse.

Von einer Speisekarte. Kann mir jemand sagen, wie ich tafelgarnituur hier am besten übersetze? Vielen Dank.

Also, ich würde das ganz frei übersetzen, wie zum Beispiel:

Häppchenplatte

Explanation:
Ist vielleicht nicht der optimale Ausdruck, aber ich möchte vermeiden, "Ciabatta" (auch nicht der attraktivste Bestandteil der genannten Speisen) zu wiederholen.
Insgesamt scheint es sich um Häppchen zu einem Glas Bier/Wein für eine ganze Tafelrunde zu handeln. Aber auf einen idealen Ausdruck komme ich jetzt auch nicht...
