Dutch term or phrase: Welstand

Er is een alternatieve oplossing ontworpen, waarbij de lange fly-over is vervangen door 2 korte onderdoorgangen en 1 viaduct, met daartussen grondlichamen. Gewezen wordt op het risico voor het verkrijgen van de Bouwvergunning, als de *Welstand* niet instemt met deze oplossing.

Das denke ich auch. Die "welstandscommissie" muss erst alle Bauprojekte auf mehr oder weniger esthetische Punkte (passt das Projekt in Groesse, Farbe etc. in die Umgebung) hin ueberpruefen, und dann event. genehmigen oder Veraenderungen vorschlagen.
