"Gelet op ... meent u zich dan ook volledig ten onrechte te kunnen beroepen op dit niet-tegensprekelijke akkoord."

Ein Geschädigter kommt mit dem Schädiger zu einem Vergleich. Die Versicherung will ihm mit oben genanntem Satz mitteilen, dass dieser Vergleich für sie nicht gilt, da sie an den Verhandlungen nicht beteiligt war und den Vergleich nicht unterschrieben hat.
