Als door een gedekt gevaar schade is ontstaan aan bepaalde merkartikelen, die na bijvoorbeeld rookschade te hebben opgelopen nog enige restwaarde hebben, kan de verzekeringnemer er bezwaar tegen hebben als deze artikelen in handen komen van opkopers die deze waar in omloop willen brengen. De clausule beoogt in voorkomende gevallen deze artikelen toch te vergoeden naar de normale maatstaf met onttrekking aan het verkeer. |
