Volgens de inlichtingen waarover ik beschik, zou uw aansprakelijkheid in deze zaak betrokken zijn.
Bijgevolg zal ... eventueel de terugbetaling kunnen vorderen van de bedragen die zij heeft uitgekeerd en verzet zij zich tegen elke uitkering van een vergoeding, zonder dat zij hiervan voorafgaandelijk op de hoogte is gebracht.
Ich frage mich, wie "zonder dat zij hiervan voorafgaandelijk op de hoogte is gebracht" hier zu übersetzen ist. Heißt das inhaltlich, dass die Versicherung meint, über den Schadensfall nicht richtig informiert gewesen zu sein und daher die Auszahlung einer Erstattung ablehnt?
