M.E. ist das deutsche Wort "...akte" hier unzutreffend. Es geht um einen "Akt" im Sinne von Handlung.
In NL bestätigt der Notar mi einem festgelegten Text, die Identität der Anwesenden und die Richtigkeit, Gesetzmäßigkeit eines Vorgangs....
Entsprechendes gibt es im deutschen Recht auch.
