Dutch term or phrase: AS III

Betrokkene meldde zich op verwijzing van de huisarts met de volgende klachten: in de periode dat betrokkene moest revalideren van de operaties werd hij steeds depressiever. Hij kreeg flashbacks en nachtmerries die betrekking hadden op het ongeluk. Hij piekerde veel en had weinig toekomstperspectief. Hij was geobsedeerd door boosheid op degenen die hij verantwoordelijk achtte voor het ongeluk. Diagnose: **As I**: PTTS en depressieve stoornis, eenmalig, licht. **As III**: ijzeren pin in linker scheenbeen. **AS V**: GAF 51-60. Behandeling: een korte geprotocolleerde traumatherapie (Korte Eclectische Therapie) met als doel afname van de PTSS klachten.
