Dutch to German translations [PRO]

Dutch term or phrase: DRE lumbaal categorie 5
Het percentage functieverlies, de functie van de gehele persoon op 100% stellende wordt bepaald aan de hand van de A.M.A. gids, 5de editie en aangevuld met de NOV richtlijnen 2005.
Uitgaande van tabel 15/3 op bladzijde 384 is er sprake van een ***DRE lumbaal categorie 5*** leidend tot een percentage functieverlies van 27% voor de gehele persoon.
De dysesthesie van de nervus cutaneous femoralis lateralis leidt tot een functieverlies van 7% volgens tabel 17/37 op bladzijde 552.

Keine Ahnung, wie ich das im Deutschen formulieren soll. Die American Medical Association scheint hier auch gar nicht relevant zu sein.
