Deze procedure wordt beheerd door de afdeling Assortimentsbeheer. Deze afdeling zorgt ervoor dat de leverancier het artikelinformatie formulier krijgt aangereikt. Zodra de leverancier het formulier in bezit heeft is het belangrijk dat het formulier zo snel mogelijk volledig ingevuld wordt teruggestuurd.
Vervolgens zal het ingevulde formulier gecontroleerd worden en indien nodig zal er terugkoppeling met de leverancier plaatsvinden. Wanneer het formulier goedgekeurd is, kunnen de artikelen opgevoerd worden in SAP. Er kan niet eerder besteld worden dan het moment waarop alle gegevens bekend zijn. |
