Der Van Dale gibt als Übersetzung 'Verproviantierung', was aber nicht gerade Deutsch klingt... 'Verpflegung' scheint mir die beste Übersetzung zu sein. |

Wenn die Fahrer wirklich Pause machen, würde ich "Verpflegungspause" schreiben, wenn sie auf dem Rad verpflegt werden, einfach nur "Verpflegung".
