Een bal boven schouderhoogte moet met de bovenste hand verwerkt worden. Wanneer je met de onderste hand naar de bal gaat is je bereik juist minder. Dit in tegenstelling tot lage ballen, waarbij je juist WEL met de onderste hand naar de bal toe moet gaan.
Vaak zie je dat keepers wel met de goede hand naar de bal gaan, maar onnodig naar voren instappen, hierdoor verklein je je reach en open je het doel |
