· Systeemoefeningcn kunnen gaan lijken op partijspelen. Hei grote vcrschil is dat bij systcemoefcningen de teams geen gelijk aantai spelers hebben.
PARTIJSPELEN:
· Doeistelling: alle hoofdmomenten van het voetballen (balbezit tegenpartij, omschakeling bij balverovering, balbezit, omschakeling bij balverlies tegelijkertijd trainen.
· Hierbij worden, afhankelijk van welke vorm van partijspel, accenten gelegd.
· 3 tegen 3 met 2 keepcrs heeft buiten een tactisch veel meer een fysiek en mentaal acccnt.
· Vanaf 4 tegen 4 met 2 keepers kan het technisch /tactische accent overheersen. Het is wel mogelijk een voetbalconditioneel accent te leggen, maar dat is een keuze van de trainer.
· Naarmate er meer spelers op het veld staan leg ik meer tactische accenten, de wedstrijdsituatie komt steeds dichterbij.
· Uiteindelijk laat ik 11 tegen 11 spelen, als voorbereiding op de komende wedstrijd.
· De coaching wordt, naarmate er meer spelers op het veld staan, steeds meer situaticf. Als coach speel je in op de keuzes die de spelers maken.
· De belangrijkste karakteristiek van partijspelen is dat beide teams een gelijk aantal spelers hebben. |
