Se il problema è invece di interpretazione, ti potrà forse aiutare sapere che è qualsiasi mutuo ipotecario sottende una forma di investimento (azionario, obbligazionario, ecc,). Quindi coi tempi che corrono, se si vuole attirare la clientela con dei prodotti finanziari, è meglio "entusiasmare" il cliente.
