contesto: culinario, ricette di pesce.

De vis aan beide zijden aanbakken. "Coulis" op bord en er de grietfilet opschikken. Cosa s'intende esattamente in questo contesto con il termine ? Forse "lato" o "bordo" o "impasto"? Non so.
Lo trovo anche successivamente come "tomaatcoulis", ma in quest'ultimo caso l'ho tradotto con "passato di pomodoro". Grz !
