Dalla foto sembrano dadini di (simil) feta, ma non so se 'formaggio bianco' rende bene l'idea, se si confonde con quelli spalmabili tipo Philadelphia o se ha un nome particolare ? In assenza di altro contesto come tradurreste ? Grazie !

nel dubbio, una proposta.
e se poi non fosse né feta né primo sale (suppongo si tratti di un menu)??? in questi casi meglio chiedere al cliente, o tenersi sul vago, secondo me.
