Per 'bavarese alla crema inglese' e 'bavarese con crema inglese' trovo solo 1 riscontro in rete, deduco allora che l'italiano traduca semplicemente 'bavarese', o altro ancora ? Grazie ! |

È uno dei miei dolci preferiti e che preparo quando ho un po' di tempo perché è molto laborioso. La custard o crema inglese (che si prepara senza farina, a differenza della crema pasticcera) è l'elemento base, fondamentale e portante della bavarese (o del bavarese, secondo ricettari più antichi), perciò puoi tradurre semplicemente come bavarese.
