Anche se in rete trovo pochi riscontri, va bene 'sciroppo' di Chianti, o è qualcos'altro ? Grazie !

Explanation:
Secondo me, si tratta del mosto di uve del Chianti; probabilmente, più una specie di salsa tipo aceto balsamico che non una melassa.
"Uva Chianti" non è propriamente esatto (meglio "uve della zona del Chianti"), visto che il Chianti si vinifica da vitigni diversi, tipo Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, ecc., vedi http://www.chianti.it/pianetavino/chianti_classico/chianti_c...

Con il termine stroop si indica anche una specie di melassa (guarda per esempio appelstroop) e non soltanto uno sciroppo
