Het is verkoper niet bekend dat er feiten zijn, ondermeer op grond van: eigen deskundigheid; het *gebezigde* gebruik van het registergoed; of anderszins; waaruit blijkt dat het registergoed in zodanige mate is verontreinigd met giftige, chemische en/of andere (gevaarlijke) stoffen, dat het aannemelijk is dat deze verontreiniging ingevolge thans geldende milieuwetgeving en/of milieurechtspraak aanleiding zou geven tot sanering of tot het nemen van andere maatregelen.
