Si tratta di una delle parti tra cui viene stipulato un contratto di lavoro: la prima è la "Vennootschap", la seconda il "Tweedegenoemde".
Ora, non posso chiamarlo la "Seconda parte" e neppure il "Lavoratore"... :o(
