Si tratta di atto costitutivo di una società belga. Siamo alla sezione Bilancio e Dvidendi. Il significato generale mi è chiaro, meno il senso di quelle 'voorbarige stortingen'. Se qualcuno ha suggerimenti o spiegazioni, ben vengano.
