om een goede Italiaanse vertaling te kunnen geven is er wat weinig context: gaat het om azioni of om quote? daarvoor moet je weten welke rechtsvorm de vennootschap heeft. vandaar dat ik suggereer om titoli te gebruiken - de algemene term dus.
gebrek wordt meestal vertaald met vizio.
levering zou ik hier vertalen met consegna, zie bijv. art. 2355 co. 2 codice civile (circolazione delle azioni). |
