De hoofdgriffier is belast met de leiding van de griffie. Hierbij staat hij evenwel onder het gezag en toezicht van de voorzitter van de rechtbank waarmede hij regelmatig overleg pleegt. De griffier hoofd van dienst staat de hoofdgriffier bij bij de leiding van de rechtbank. De griffiers zijn leden van de rechterlijke orde, benoemd door de Koning. Zij staan de rechters bij in hun opdracht. De Minister van Justitie benoemt de andere leden van de griffie.

nn so se ci fai qualcosa. Stavo pensando anche a un 'cancelliere caposervizio', che potrebbe avere un ignificato come quello della qualifica nl. Nel link trovi tutto sul cancelliere e sulla cancelleria. Ammesso che tu non l'abbia già visto:-)
