una delle parti in una causa controbatte le argomentazioni dell'altra parte. Egli finisce il suo ragionamento dicendo: "Deze grieven dienen te falen".
C'è un modo specifico di dirlo in Italiano?
E 'lagnanza' per 'grief', sempre in campo legale, va bene?

io traduco grieven sempre con motivazioni ed in questo caso direi "le motivazioni devono venire a decadere" (il senso è questo, ma sono davvero stanca... bacio)
