guardati questo sito, forse è un po' più chiaro, qui si parla di 'disabile'. Io terrei questo termine, anche perché considero ufficiali le traduzioni del sito europeo.
"anche il lavoratore autonomo può, in una controversia relativa ai propri diritti e obblighi in quanto lavoratore o in quanto disabile, essere rappresentato dal delegato di un'organizzazione che rappresenta i lavoratori indipendenti;"
Per quanto riguarda gli articoli di legge o codici belgi poi, visto che sono tutti stati tradotti anche in francese, ti consiglio di cercare il testo corrisponde in francese, ti può essere di grande aiuto (art xy code judiciaire ad es.)
