There is one sentence I can't figure out and would appreciate help with it!!!
It is about a part of a sentence "zijn tussen hen de wettelijke bepalingen van opdracht van overeenkomstige toepassing"
The whole sentence and the context are here:
Ieder van de echtgenoten heeft het bestuur over zijn goederen. Indien een
echtgenoot het bestuur over zijn goederen aan de andere echtgenoot overlaat, zijn
tussen hen de wettelijke bepalingen van opdracht van overeenkomstige
toepassing. Daarbij worden de bijzondere verhouding tussen echtgenoten en de
aard van de goederen in acht genomen
