В русском не знаю эквивалента, но вот расшифровка:
BVio = Besloten venootschap in oprichting
Voordat de BV wordt opgericht is het mogelijk om alvast namens de BV te gaan handelen. Op dat moment wordt de BV namelijk ingeschreven als Bvio (in oprichting) in het handelsregister.
