Aangezien wij destijds zonder werfvergadering onze prijsofferte hadden afgeleverd en aangezien Sven tevens niet op de hoogte was van deze beperkte aanvraag. Is er pas tijdens onze eerst werfvergadering met de architect de werkelijke omvang en wijzigingen tussen het oorspronkelijke en de bouwaanvraag aan het licht gekomen.
