Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s) / marriage contract / contrato matrimonial | | Dutch term or phrase: goedvindens | Anyone who can help me out with this one ?
"... de waarden en goedvindens in bewaargeving bij een bank of andere instelling zullen aan deze der echtgenoten toebehoren op wiens naam de bewaargeving is ingeschreven".
According to the Notary concerned, "Goedvindens" has something to do with the Napoleonic Code, but he wouldn't really know what it means :-)
