English to English translations [PRO] Bus/Financial - Accounting / “Chinese English”_financial statements_statement of changes in equity
English term or phrase:receive non–cash donate reserve
I need some help with a couple of phrases in English, (poorly) translated from Chinese.
In the financial statements (statement of changes in equity) of a Chinese company, I have the following:
(1) “receive non–cash donate reserve / receive cash donate reserve”;

I found a couple of Chinese-English glossaries that contain such terms:
Answers/explanations in English, please.
PS: I cannot read or write Chinese, and need that someone who knows Chinese explains the concept to me in English.
Many thanks in advance.
