I am translating some business letter about the issuance of a bank guarantee used as a collateral.

The letter says:

I'd like to know how you understand "will be scheduled" here. Does this mean
a) financing will start 60 days after receipt or
b) financing will be planned/determined (further elaborated) 60 days after receipt
