Mr A and Mr B argue that the Russian Federation bankruptcy act is not the law applicable to an RF legal entity, “because the Russian bankruptcy act is applicable to all companies with a branch in Russia, regardless of their ‘nationality’”. I think something is missing, but can't put my finger on it. TIA
