Aparece al final del texto que estoy traduciendo, en realidad no tiene nada que ver con el tema, es como una especie de explicación sobre el formato que se le quiere dar al texto.

Explanation:
This is a term used in word processing. In MS Word, there is a button you can press on the toolbar which will mean that from that point on, each new paragraph will be inset and will begin with a round black blob, i.e. a "bullet".

You posted this as English monolingual.
I hope you don't need an explanation in Spanish.
