Two UPS units will be transferred to another location and then put back into service.

This is my draft sentence so far for a translation into English:

"Gradual (or piecemeal) transfer of two U.P.S. units with the minimum possible downtime -less than two hours- and xxxxx."

I'm stuck and I cannot find the proper way (preferably a noun) to say that the UPS units will be put back into service/operation/online.
