Will the word "scalable" fit in the sentence below or there is a better option?
We use individual approach to each customer and non-trivial solutions to each task. Our development teams are flexible and scalable upon the customer's request.
what I want to say is - for example: 1) the team working for the customer includes 5 programmers 2) then the customer says - I want to have 10 programmers on my project 3) we say - ok and quicky hire another 5 programmers
