I know this isn't a translation, but you guys have answered questions for me before and i was hoping you could help me again...I'm doing a test thing for a class i'm taking next year and I need some help. The questin is...
Some actions by Congress require a simple majority; others require a two-thirds vote; and others require three-fourths vote. Some actions apply to only one house of the Congress. Which of these following statments about votes in Congress is incorrect?
a)A majority vote in both the House Of Representatives and the Senate is needed to declare war.
