Hi all. "the other show drop" seems to be an idiom, but I can't really pinpoint its meaning. "Drop the mask"? But why "other" then? Any idea? Thank you!

Context: DVD. Two fighters, A is known for being a cheater, B is the crowd hero. A has been surprisingly friendly lately and has earned a match against B
This sentence is said by a commententor, conviced tha A has just been acting but will turn nasty very soon.
