"Our bodies are always changed; that which we have been or are, we shall not be tomorrow."
Mehment, The rest of the sentence is fine. You could, as an option, write "what we have been or are, we shall not be tomorrow." or "what we were or are, we shall not be tomorrow." There are many ways of saying this, actually I happen to like "that which"
