I may be missing something, but it seems pretty straightforward to me: The buyer is supposed to make sure ("cause") these contracts are assigned to the seller - unless a vital verb is missing, and the lots are to be assigned. If a deposit is paid in connection with these contracts, the buyer will be credited with such deposits, effectively lowering the buyer's purchase price (see below). These credits will be included in (i.e., worked into) the purchase agreement (presumably) between the buyer and the seller. I hope I didn't make things worse. Good luck! :-) |
