asymmetric means to do your exercises in a cross over method where you are not just doing muscle building like weight lifters, in straight lines,

asymmetric rigidity building is when you use a cross motion to build tendon strength so that when you apply a twisted pressure, like a soccer player kicking a ball, the strength is there when the body is in a twisted position.
You will see a lot of footballers stretching asymmetrically before a game.

Asymmetric Rigidity just means strength in a asymmetric way.
