every two weeks
Explanation:
That is how I would understand it.

Bi-weekly, by contrast, probably means twice a week.

I hope that is of some help to you.

It appears that bi-weekly is an inherently ambiguous term which, for that reason, it might be best to avoid. See the following authoritative definition:-

bi·weekly:-

Happening every two weeks.
Happening twice a week; semiweekly.

n. pl. bi·week·lies
A publication issued every two weeks.

adv.
Every two weeks.
Twice a week; semiweekly.

In view of all this uncertainty it might be best to stick to more ordinary, but perfectly clear expressions, like:-

\"recommended to be serviced every two weeks\"
\"recommended fortnightly maintenance\"

or

\"recommended to be serviced twice a week\"
\"recommended twice-weekly maintenance\".

Yes, you're right. Had I had a closer look at the text first, I would probably have noticed that 'two-weekly' came between 'weekly' and 'monthly' maintenance.....
Thanks anyway! ;-)
