English term or phrase: 1st principal component
Is the 1st principal component is the right word:

In factor analysis (principal factor analysis), the 1st principal component was extracted as "experience and recognize taking medical treatment).

Thank you for your help in advance.

English translation:first principal component
Explanation:
Yes, when you are talking of principal component analysis you do refer to the first principal component (I would normally write out the word first rather than use 1st).

See e.g.
Principal component analysis (PCA) involves a mathematical procedure that transforms a number of (possibly) correlated variables into a (smaller) number of uncorrelated variables called principal components. The first principal component accounts for as much of the variability in the data as possible, and each succeeding component accounts for as much of the remaining variability as possible.

I am less happy with the wording of "experience and recognise taking medical treatment", which sounds odd to me, but that isn't what you have asked about (and I can't suggest an alternative without knowing exactly what it refers to).
