BOARDWALKER
We drill someone's shoes to a 2 by 2 board, then super glue and masking tape his feet inside the shoes. Has to hop home.

Eg. 2 feet by 2 feet board (wood), so he/she cant moove his her/feet. He/she has to hop then.

Masking tape is a beige, opaque thick tape used to cover up things. It does not stick all that much and it can be easily removed. It would be OK to use on clothing or skin. In this case to unable him/her to remove their shoes.
