Not giving points to anyone is hardly fair, don't you think? :) Normally it's judged by whoever's answer was first, but since our answers were almost simultaneous, I'd go with Ken's suggestion: the degree of usefulness, and if it's the same, then random.
Hi - an extremely tough question. It's a debate that's been raging in the Proz forums for a long time - why doesn't the Proz forum allow us to divide points with whomever we wish? I don't know. It's a flaw. (PS. Choose Mark's answer because he was first:)
