English term or phrase: actual FOB
Just wondering whether to use "actual FOB" or "spot FOB"? What is the meaning of "actual FOB"? I do not wish to use "spot FOB" as it's in the context of a simple agency agreement--no options, futures, and hedges involved. So in this context, is it still appropriate to use "spot FOB"?
