Explanation:
Even though I've heard "mikrolener" before, the Dictionary of Economics and Business (Pharos, 2004) contains only "mikro-uitlener", and it does make sense, because "mikrolener" can also mean "micro-borrower", whereas "mikro-uitlener" can only mean "micro-lender".
