Just a suggestion - "jastoonbank" and "jastoonbankklerk" or "jaskasklerk". It isn't really an Afrikaans concept, as far as I know, so you might have to just make up a word. The British version might lead you closer to a concept - "cloakroom".
So perhaps "jaskamer" - "jaskamerklerk"- I am running out of suggestions!

Asker: Dankie Minnie - dis inderdaad nader aan die konsep. Ek voel net dat daar tog 'n aanvaarde woord moet wees. Ek hou nogal van "jastoonbankklerk" aangesien dit al die konsepte saamvat. Ek dink daar is hier sprake van 'n "cloakroom" (kleedkamer met wasbakke en toilette) nie.
Asker: "Cloakroom" is inderdaad 'n Britse euphemisme vir "lavatory". "Jaskasklerk" klink soos goeie Afrikaans vir "coat room attendant", maar "jastoonbankklerk" verduidelik die konsep (daar is gewoonllik 'n toonbank). Die probleem is dat dit nie eintlik 'n Suid-Afrikaanse konsep is nie. Ons klimaat vereis nie so juis 'n diens nie.
